We build and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means text contrast is checked rather than assumed, every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, focus is always visible, images and icons carry text alternatives, and the site works with a screen reader and at 200% zoom. Motion respects your operating system’s reduced-motion setting.

Accessible transportation

Tell us what you need when you book and we will arrange for it rather than improvise on the day. Our chauffeurs assist with boarding and luggage as a matter of course. Folding wheelchairs and mobility aids are carried in our SUVs and Sprinters. Service animals are always welcome in every vehicle, at no charge.

We do not currently operate a wheelchair-accessible vehicle with a lift or ramp. If that is what your trip requires, say so when you call and we will tell you honestly rather than send the wrong vehicle — and where we can, we will point you to an operator who can help.
