Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026. These terms apply to all bookings unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are all-in for the service described, and driver gratuity is included in the quoted price. Tolls, airport parking and any wait time beyond the complimentary allowance are passed through at cost and itemised separately. Quotes are valid for the dates and times stated; a change to the itinerary may change the price, and we will tell you before it does.

Flat rate and hourly

Airport transfers and defined point-to-point trips are flat rate, so ordinary traffic delay does not change the price. Multi-stop, as-directed and event work is billed hourly, garage to garage, with a minimum of three hours on sedans and SUVs and four on Sprinters and stretch vehicles. Longer minimums apply on peak dates and are stated at the time of booking.

Wait time

Airport arrivals include 45 minutes of complimentary wait for domestic flights and 60 for international, measured from actual touchdown. All other pickups include 15 minutes. Wait beyond the allowance is billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate.

Cancellation

Sedans and SUVs may be cancelled without charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup. Sprinters, stretch vehicles and multi-vehicle bookings require 24 hours. Weddings, proms and peak-date bookings carry the terms stated in writing at the time of booking. A no-show — no contact within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup — is billed in full.

Passenger conduct

All vehicles are non-smoking, including vaping. Passengers must remain seated with seat belts fastened while the vehicle is moving. Alcohol is not permitted in any vehicle carrying passengers under 21, and open containers are subject to Georgia law. The chauffeur may end a trip, without refund, where conduct is unsafe, unlawful or abusive.

Damage

The person who made the booking is responsible for damage caused by their party, including cleaning charges for spills and sickness. Any such charge is documented with photographs before it is applied.

Luggage and property

Luggage is carried at the owner’s risk. Please check the vehicle before leaving it. We will make reasonable efforts to return property left behind; storage and return costs may apply.

Delays and liability

We plan against real conditions and build contingency into every airport departure, but we are not liable for missed flights, missed connections or consequential losses arising from traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical failure or other events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

Child passengers

Georgia law requires appropriate child restraints. We supply and fit child seats at no additional charge with advance notice; we need the age and weight of each child. We cannot carry a child without the correct restraint.

Insurance

We operate as a licensed for-hire passenger carrier in Georgia and carry commercial liability coverage meeting or exceeding state requirements. Certificates of insurance are available on request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
