What we collect

When you request a quote or make a booking we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, passenger and luggage counts, flight numbers, and anything else you choose to tell us about the trip. We collect this because we cannot dispatch a vehicle without it.

How we use it

We use your information to quote, arrange and carry out your transportation, to contact you about that booking, and to keep the records a licensed passenger carrier is required to keep. If you ask us to, we will keep your details on file so that future bookings are quicker.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your chauffeur receives only what is needed to complete the trip.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number we may text you about your booking — chauffeur assignment, arrival status, pickup location. These are operational messages about a trip you asked for. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts. Message and data rates may apply.

Retention and security

Booking records are retained for as long as we are required to keep them and for as long as they are useful for serving you. Access is limited to staff who need it to do their job.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we run is limited to aggregate traffic measurement and is not used to build a profile of you.
