Corporate Travel
Corporate Chauffeur Service
Ground transport is the part of a business trip most likely to go wrong and least likely to be planned. We take it off the calendar.
Built for the person booking it
Most corporate rides are arranged by someone who is not riding in them. That person needs three things: a confirmation they can forward, a chauffeur who arrives before the executive does, and an invoice that reconciles without a phone call. Corporate accounts get a single monthly statement with cost centres, traveller names and trip references already on it.
Client and visitor transport
When you are moving a client, the car is part of the impression. Chauffeurs arrive in business attire, the vehicle is detailed before every corporate assignment, and the cabin is stocked with bottled water, phone charging and a quiet you can take a call in. Your chauffeur will not make conversation unless you start it.
Discretion
Chauffeurs assigned to corporate work sign confidentiality terms. Passenger names, destinations and anything said in the cabin stay in the cabin. For sensitive movements we can assign the same chauffeur for the duration of a visit so that no new person is introduced mid-trip.
