Arrivals — the two ways we meet you

Most passengers choose curbside: you text when you have your bags, your chauffeur pulls to the Arrivals level and loads the luggage. It is the quickest option and it is included. Meet-and-greet puts your chauffeur inside the terminal at baggage claim with a name board — the right choice for first-time visitors, international arrivals, unaccompanied travellers and anyone arriving with a large party or heavy luggage. Either way we watch the aircraft, not the timetable.

Wait time

Domestic arrivals include 45 minutes of complimentary wait from actual touchdown. International arrivals, which clear customs at the Maynard H. Jackson Jr. International Terminal, include 60 minutes. If immigration is slow, call dispatch and we will hold rather than start a clock quietly.

Departures — when to leave

We recommend departing 2.5 hours before a domestic flight and 3 hours before an international one, and more from the northern suburbs in the morning peak. From Alpharetta or Johns Creek a 07:00 flight realistically means a pickup between 04:00 and 04:30. We will say that when you book rather than let you discover it.

Domestic and international terminals

ATL has a domestic terminal on the west side with North and South curbsides, and a separate international terminal reached from I-75. They are not walkable from one another. Tell us the airline and we will route to the correct side — getting this wrong costs twenty minutes and a loop of the airport.

Private aviation at ATL

Signature and the other ATL FBOs are served for private departures and arrivals. Give us the tail number and the FBO and your chauffeur meets the aircraft where the operator permits.
