Roadshow Ground Transport
Eight meetings, four parts of the city, one day, and a schedule that moves twice before lunch. Roadshows are the hardest thing we do, which is why we plan them like operations.
Sequencing
We take your meeting list and build the driving order against real travel times for the specific hours involved — the 10:00 leg between Buckhead and Perimeter is not the same leg at 16:30. Where the schedule is impossible we say so in advance and propose the reorder that makes it work.
One vehicle, one chauffeur
The same chauffeur stays with the party for the entire programme, including multi-day visits. There is no re-briefing, no new face, and no explaining again that the third stop moved. Dispatch holds the live itinerary and pushes changes to the chauffeur while you are still in the meeting.
Contingency
A backup vehicle is held on-call for roadshow days. If anything mechanical happens, a replacement is dispatched before you would have noticed the problem.
