Sprinters and convoys
Executive Sprinter vans carry up to 14 passengers in forward-facing seats with overhead luggage. Above that we run coordinated convoys of Sprinters and SUVs departing together, arriving together, and held together — which in practice matters far more than total seat count.
Conferences and delegations
For conference groups we assign a single coordinator who holds the manifest, keeps the vehicle list, and is reachable on one number for the duration. Arrivals spread across a day are consolidated into waves so that nobody sits in an airport for an hour.
Luggage
Tell us the bag count, not just the head count. A fourteen-seat Sprinter with fourteen large cases is two vehicles, and it is better to know that now than at the kerb.
